Shipping Policy

At Maveric, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Every order goes through a quality check and packaging process before dispatch, ensuring your shopping experience remains smooth from checkout to doorstep.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to almost all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted delivery partners. Whether you live in a metro city or a remote town, we do our best to reach you.

Please note that international shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our logistics in the future.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is processed and ready for dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. On average:

  • Orders to metro cities are delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Deliveries to non-metro or remote areas may take 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to external factors such as public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, or disruptions in courier services.

Shipping Charges

  • For prepaid orders above ₹999, shipping is free.

  • For prepaid orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will apply.

  • For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD handling charge of ₹49 is applicable, irrespective of order value.

These charges are visible during the checkout process and included in the final order summary.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number with you via email and/or SMS. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment on the delivery partner’s website.

In case you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact our customer support.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if you suspect it has been tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, report the issue to us within 48 hours.

We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve such cases and offer you an appropriate solution, which may include reshipping the product or issuing a refund as per our return policy.
