At Maveric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted.

Return or exchange is applicable only once per order.
Process for Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@themaveric.com or call us at 9967310969 with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location if serviceable. If not, we may ask you to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Charges Applicable

For return requests, a ₹100 processing and reverse pickup charge will be deducted from your refund amount.

For exchange requests (such as size changes), we offer the first exchange free of cost. Any additional exchanges on the same order may be chargeable.
Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

If the product fails our return inspection (e.g., signs of use, stains, or missing tags), the refund will be denied and the product will be shipped back to you.
